Terms & Conditions

(By playing the F1 Racing Fantasy League, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to participate)

  2. 1. All entrants to competitions promoted in F1 Racing and on www.f1racing.ae must be 18 years or over and resident in the GCC.

  4. 2. Employees of The Media Factory FZ LLC, or those of any of its affiliates, are not eligible to enter.
  5.  
  6. 3. No purchase of any sort is necessary.
  7.  
  8. 4. All entries must be entered online before the Friday preceding each race.
  9.  
  10. 5. The winner will be the person with the most points on each League.
  11.  
  12. 6. The winner will be notified as soon as is practicable after the end of the competition and in any event within 28 days. Details of which can be supplied upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.

  14. 7. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15.  
  16. 8. The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter may substitute the prize with another of a similar nature and/or comparable value.

  18. . The prize winner will not be entitled to a cash alternative.

  20. 10. The Promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or if the Prize is damaged during delivery.

  22. 11. By entering this competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion.

  24. 12. Only one entry per person.

  26. 13. Spammers will be disqualified.

  28. 14. Any entry will be void if the Promoter deems it incomplete, illegible or has been made by an ineligible person.

  30. 15. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

  32. 16. In the case of a draw, the winner will be chosen from a hat, and the runner up will win the prize immediately below the one of the winner. In the case of more than two players having an equal score, the Promoter shall not be obligated to give prizes to more than the top 8 players in each League.
